Kaazaa is a real estate company committed to providing a simple and efficient experience for those looking to buy or rent a property. With a diverse portfolio and specialized service, the company stands out by connecting clients to the best opportunities in the market. However, its previous website did not clearly and intuitively reflect this value proposition, making navigation less fluid and property searches less efficient. Given this scenario, the project focused on modernizing the online environment, ensuring a more organized, responsive interface aligned with user needs.

Creating an efficient website for a real estate company goes beyond simply displaying available properties. The Kaazaa project required a structured approach to organizing a large amount of information without compromising the user experience. Navigation needed to be seamless, allowing clients to quickly find properties that matched their needs while also reflecting the brand’s credibility and market positioning.

Another key aspect was balancing aesthetics with functionality. The design had to be visually appealing without compromising information clarity. With well-defined deadlines, an agile process was necessary to research and establish visual and strategic guidelines, ensuring that the final result not only modernized the company’s digital presence but also made the user journey to conversion more intuitive.

The project involved a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Product Owner, a Project Manager from Kaazaa, and myself, working exclusively as a UX and UI Designer. Given the project's extensive scope, we structured deliveries into weekly sprints, ensuring an organized workflow aligned with the development team's needs.

We adopted the Double Diamond process to maintain a strategic approach from concept to final design, balancing research, ideation, and visual refinement. Each stage was carefully planned so that experience and interface decisions were based on solid insights, ensuring the final website reflected the brand identity while providing users with an intuitive and efficient navigation experience.
