Prospectiva focuses on exploring strategies and practices for managing institutional and government relations in Latin America. This field includes analyzing political, economic, and regulatory scenarios, as well as developing strategies to influence public policies and government decisions in favor of companies, associations, and organizations.
The company manages Prysmo, a platform designed for data and information management. Its goal is to provide an in-depth understanding of the political landscape, open new market opportunities, and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders.

As this was a project in which I was hired as a freelancer for development, the Director of Public Affairs, responsible for the project, aimed to redesign the platform's interface, which had inconsistencies both in terms of UI best practices and its outdated state compared to market competitors.
In the initial scope, I worked alongside a Product Owner, two developers, and had direct involvement from the Director and the company's Manager.
The main challenge of the project was the tight deadline for each task, requiring constant deliveries without the possibility of direct contact with platform users due to a privacy agreement, as the project involved confidential information.

The project was divided into two weekly sprints, during which the Prospectiva team internally organized a backlog with future cycles based on the current development needs.
In each meeting, I leveraged the team's expertise to extract as much useful information as possible to refine each feature of the platform redesign. With each delivery, we conducted A/B tests with the team to validate improvements and drive task progress.
Internally, alongside the Product Owner, we conducted competitor feature analyses, audience studies, and user journey definitions, ensuring a strategic direction for the project.
